What’s In A Name
Scirulìn (pronounced ʃi: / ru: / li:ŋ), phonetically it sounds like Shee-roo-ling. It’s an ancient Italian family moniker dedicated to the Giommi family in the mid-Adriatic. As with other common surnames in the region, Scirulìn evolved out of the necessity to distinguish themselves from other non-related Giommi families. The family has a long, proud maritime history and Scirulìn became synonymous with a unique sail pattern and colouration on their fishing boats, the colours and design are captured on our logo.

Paul Giommi, President
Paul Giommi is a skilled professional planner experienced in many industrial sectors including mining and oil, gas and energy over the last three decades. Equipped with a combination of management, technical and communication skills, he has successfully completed projects ranging in size from $100K to over $7 Billion in the capacity of Project Controls Manager, Senior Project Planner and Project Planning Lead. His project experience ranges from concept, feasibility studies to detail engineering, construction and commissioning.
